Develop and manage the financial budgets and forecasts of the company, ensuring that they align with the overall strategic objectives of the business.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
Develop and implement financial controls and policies to ensure the integrity of the company's financial data and compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide strategic guidance and financial expertise to the executive team to support the decision-making process and maximize profitability and growth.
Manage the company's financial risks and opportunities, including investments, acquisitions and divestitures.
Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
Lead the development of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and develop a Team of finance professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
At least 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
