• Maintaining the reception & information HTR counter including HTR Lounge
  
• Check guest Passport/ ID at Casino entrance
• Assisting guests to check-in and check- out
• Assisting in F&B and other services in the Property
• Rooms & Main Hall
• Handling guests' problems and complaints
• Taking daily head count
• Rooms reservation, transportation (Shuttle bus), helicopter, boat/air ticket etc
• Rooms admin & control
• All necessary daily & periodic reports
• Issuing room and food vouchers/ coupon following Marketing Program
• Supporting role on all casino events and promotions
• Monitoring player's average bets / guest gaming profile
• Answering phone calls and checking emails
• All other paper works and customers database

• Competence on Computer and Sequel program.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
• Prefer Korean/ Chinese language
• Prefer Height: 1.6m & Weight: around 48kg.
