Customer Service cum Sales Admin

1. Customer Service:

• Manage our customer service line for the brewery retail sales and restaurant bookings.

• Provide exceptional service and provide support to customers in their request.

• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.

• Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs.

• Handle customers’ complaints directly at the restaurant and on social media.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to provide customer data, insights, feedback, complaints and ideas on improving our services and products.

2. Sales Admin:

• Efficient in documentation, paperwork and logistics.

• Handle administrative tasks for the restaurant.

• Prepare contract for retail sales and service events.

• Research data and provide information from time to time.

• College’s degree or above in any major

2. English proficiency:

• Fluent in English especially in speaking and writing.

3. Work experience:

• At least 1.5 years of experience in customer service and administrative role

• Must possess strong communication skills including business etiquette, answering phones and fielding requests.

4. Other competencies:

• Efficient use of Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication, preparation of documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Proven time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work late and remotely.
