Support and follow up on all marketing events and activities
Implement administrative affairs for marketing team.
Ensure timely follow up with partners and suppliers
Support events planning, production and payments
Post-events, activities and activations reporting
Support with physical and digital collaterals and content distribution (as required)
Manage, maintain and grow marketing databases
Prepare reports and presentations for marketing and branding teams
Manage contracts between marketing and branding teams and partners and suppliers
Organize, store and print company documents
Other responsibilities as required by marketing and branding teams

Bachelor’s degree in major of communications, business administration, marketing, hospitality management or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, other languages a plus
Conflict management, impact and influencing; listening, understanding and responding; teamwork and cooperation
Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide solutions; provide high level of attention to detail
