Mô tả công việc

- Welcome, take care, support guests, check-in and check-out.

- Handle payment

- Work with OTA regarding booking issue, refund request...

- Familiar with hotel management system and necessary computer office skills

- Response email, phone, social media as hotel standard

- Dynamic, Interact with guests and create excellent experience for them.

- Maintain neat and fresh reception area & signature lounge

- take order & serve breakfast (a la carte) from 07:00 -11:30 at signature lounge

- Take care of guest review/complaint and response

- other tasks assigned by Hotel Manager

- Candidate will be working at District 2 (Thu Duc)

- Working hour: shift M: 0700-1500; shift A: 1500-2300 (NO NIGHT SHIFT)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Senior experience at least 2 years similar role

- Good grooming

- Age 23-29 years old

- Able to communicate fluently in English

- Good computer skill

- Energetic/ multi task / hard working/ detailed oriented/ team work
