Mô tả công việc

- Welcome, taking care and supporting guests during their stay as well as performing properly check-in and check-out procedures.

- Interaction with the guest and creating excellent experience for them.

- To take all information and answer all the enquires from customers via phone calls, mail,email, social media...

- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area.
