Performs preventive maintenance and repair duties on all guest room mechanical systems, equipment and tools. / Thực hiện trách nhiệm bảo dưỡng dự phòng và sửa chữa toàn bộ hệ thống, thiết bị cơ khí khu vực phòng khách
Operates life safety systems, maintenance and repair in public areas and guest rooms./ Vận hành những hệ thống an toàn, bảo trì và sửa chữa phòng khách và những khu vực công cộng.
Logs and dates all preventive repair and routine replacement./ Ghi chép tất cả các trường hợp sửa chữa và thay thế định kì.
Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC./ Giải quyết sự cố về điện và các thiết bị điện và HVAC.
Makes any necessary plumbing repairs./ Sửa hệ thống nước nếu cần thiết.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors./ Làm việc thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp với đồng nghiệp và giám sát.
Ensures all function areas are kept clean and in proper condition to provide a safe working environment for employees./ Đảm bảo những khu vực chức năng phải được giữ sạch sẽ và trong điều kiện phù hợp cung cấp môi trường làm việc an toàn cho nhân viên.
