Mô tả công việc

- To participate in preparing action plans (strategy - what's the best approach?; schedule - what's the timeframe for each item?; implementation - what activities will be done?; assignment - which tasks will be done by whom?; effectiveness measurement - what are concrete results you want to see?) matching with specific targets.

- To prepare proposal(s), presentation(s), sales contract(s) and any other necessary document(s).

- To present and sell products and services of the Hotel to current and potential clients.

- To manage assigned client accounts well through frequent service quality checks and other follows-up to ensure guest satisfaction.

- To identify and resolve existing client concerns.
