Mô tả công việc
- Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry Shift leader or Laundry manager immediately.
- Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage, lost buttons etc.
- Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc. before and after cleaning. Report to the Shift leader if you don’t know the material of the clothes.
- Prepare costing of guest Laundry, to ensure correct and prompt posting.
- Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
- Deliver high quality service to guests.
- Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
- Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
- Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
- Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
- And will discuss during on the interview.
