- Provide feedback to management on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends
• Communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered and other relevant information
• To meet your designated revenue targets
• Maintain effective control of sales expenses
• To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other hotel facilities and services
• Work towards monthly budgets and report progress every week against targets in the Weekly Sales Meetings
• To fully utilise the correct photography, presentation material and approved selling phrases for all forms of client presentations
• Develop deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise lead conversion rate
• Conduct and/or assist Sales team in customer negotiation process

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or training in Sales, Revenue Management, or Customer Relationship Management are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on the Corporate segment.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets, developing key corporate accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience working in an international hotel chain or airport property is preferred.
- Familiar with IHG sales systems and tools (e.g., Concerto, Opera, Delphi) is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
- Good organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; comfortable working with reports and performance metrics.
- Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism in every client interaction.
