Mô tả công việc

- To report for duty punctually, wearing the Resort uniform and name tag at all times, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and Department Grooming standards.

-To have a complete understanding of and adhering to the Resort and Housekeeping Department rules and regulations.

- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues, supervisors and other departments

- To ensure the standards of cleanliness and orderliness of the working areas.

- To handle equipment, keys and supplies in proper way.

- To have a complete understanding of the cleaning procedures and do accordingly.

- To have a complete understanding of the different cleaning products and use them properly and economically.

- To have a complete understanding of the room status, completing the information on the worksheet assignment.

- To report to the housekeeping supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged hotel property immediately.

Education: Secondary school diploma

Experience: At least 1 years’ experience working in relevant position.
