- Welcome, taking care, and supporting guests during their stay as well as performing properly check-in and check-out procedures.

- Confident to communicate fluently in foreign language (English/ Chinese/Korean)

- Handle payment transaction, replying email, phone answer, familiar with hotel PMS system is a plus

- Outgoing, Interaction with guests and creating excellent experience for them.

- To take all information and answer all the enquires from customers via phone calls, email, social media...

- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area.

- Make and serve simple drinks at Kori Coffee (Hammock Fine Arts) - Reception Counter (ground floor)

- Shift M: 07:00 - 15:00; Shift A: 15:00 - 23:00 (no night shift)

- Basic salary + Service Charge + commission.

- Meal allowance. Parking allowance, Uniform provided (female)
