Recreation Supervisor/Giám sát bộ phận giải trí

• Train the staff and supervise them in the performance of their duties.
  
• Promote and up sell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.
• Oversee the cleanliness of all Recreation facilities (including Fitness Center, Kids Club, Tennis Courts, Excursion Reservations area and Water Sports) and coordinate special requirements with Housekeeping.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping Recreation Management well-informed and ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate, schedule, and lead successful recreational sports and activity programs catering to kid, teen, and adult guests.
• Instruct multi-sport programs
• Assist Recreation Manager in hiring, training, and day to day supervision of staff
• Supervise birthday, sports teams, and corporate functions
• Set-up, take down, and monitor activities, Yoga, Tai chi, Aqua Fitness, Beach football, etc.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff.

• College degree is required.
  
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• One year experience in recreation.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Outgoing personality and at ease with customers.
• Sound knowledge of water sports and recreational activities.
• Physically fit and able to swim.
• Trained and certified in First-Aid, CPR, life guarding and rescue techniques.
