MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (Based in Ho Chi Minh or Phu Quoc Island)

• Reports to DOSM/DOO.
  
• Be responsible for the development of Marketing and Communication plans and budget management.
• Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the resort’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and, all hotel marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth
• Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
• Supervise marketing & communications team in terms of management and information, photos and promotions update on the property’s website / online travel agent platforms on a regular basis.
• Understand and guarantee the proper branding images are in place throughout the property.
• To protects the correct image and positioning of the resort by adapting the brand’s standards in all collateral and advertising materials

At least two-year experience in a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
