[Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc] Finance Controller

- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Provide financial guidance and support to business units or departments, ensuring that their activities align with corporate goals and objectives.

- Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory.

- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Work with external auditors to facilitate the completion of audits and other financial reporting requirements.

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity management, including forecasting future financial needs and making recommendations to management.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and internal controls, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience managing staff and developing talent.
