- Train, develop, and manage bartenders, servers, and other employees to ensure high levels of productivity, customer service, and profitability.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar, including all food and beverage service areas.

- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the bar's services and attract new customers.

- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor license regulations.

- Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues related to customer service.

- Understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions.

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

- Must be able to obtain a liquor license.
