Job Summary: The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling all room reservation requests promptly, accurately, and professionally. This role maximizes room revenue by converting inquiries into bookings, upselling higher room categories and hotel services, and ensuring excellent guest service throughout the reservation process. The Reservation Agent works closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and other departments to maintain accurate room inventory and provide a seamless guest experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation requests via telephone, email, hotel website, OTAs, and other distribution channels.

• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.

• Ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the Property Management System (PMS).

• Verify payment methods, deposits, and booking guarantees according to hotel policies.

• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.

Customer Service:

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.

• Handle guest requests and complaints related to reservations with professionalism and empathy.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest preferences and special arrangements.

• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Call Center, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Familiarity with OTA reservations, leisure & corporate accounts, and group bookings.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
