In charge the overall day to day operations of the Front Office departments (Front Desk, Concierge, Call Center & Business Center, Executive Lounge)

Ensure the proper work of the operations in all area of the Front Office.

Create a magnifique Front of House impression for guests and patrons, ensure highest standards for arrivals, departures and during guests’ journey at the hotel

Be an Ambassador to represent Metropole’s hospitality culture.

Previous hotel luxury experiences in Front Office

Good verbal and written communications in English

Problem solving skills, good interpersonal skill, guest service oriented.

Flexible schedule including weekend and holiday
