Fitness Coach

Handle member concerns when applicable;

Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules;

Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time;

Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention;

Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels;

Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions;

Ensure safety of participants with regard to heart rate and exercise technique;

Preferred background: Personal Trainer; Yoga Instructor;Massage Therapist;Athletic Trainer;Physical Therapist;

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility;

Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills;

Excellent communication and customer service skills;

Ability to multi-task and stay organized;

Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels;

Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
