2. Manage the S&M working schedule on Cadena System.
3. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure related tasks, reports are completed on-time and updates provided Composed and prepare confidential correspondence and reports.
4. Send and receive postal, mails and consignments.
5. Support preparing gifts/marketing products for guests and partners Store contract and other forms in an order system Posse communication skills and the ability to discreetly deal with sensitive information.
6. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or related fields
- At least 02-year experience on the same position.
- English: good writing and communication skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
