Mô tả công việc

• To supervise and reminding the Club Sofitel Attendants to keep at any time a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up -for lady-, tidy hair…).

• Ensure that all Check-in and Check-out of Club Sofitel Team is made in line with the standards established; especially attentive on the audit, immigration & guest history issues; Ensure that the operations handled by her/his own are fully completed and correct.

• Ensure the team provide F&B service in the Club, breakfast, evening cocktail, afternoon tea. Food and drinks are available all day at the Club, take care of every guest who request for a drink or something to eat at any time.

• Assist the Manager forecast to be sent out to Kitchen and Front Office Manager as daily report for the consumption at Sofitel Lounge.

• Take care of Club or related sections while no Club Manager on duty.

• Ensure that the team has a perfect grooming (uniform, tag, make up -for lady, tidy hair…).

• Act quickly and efficiently, following the instructions received by the Club Manager.

• Ensure that the Club is perfectly tidy at any time, that the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.

• Be attentive on all information received during the different briefings: daily morning Supervisor briefing, FO handover briefing (for afternoon shift); Active and dynamic in participating in these different discussion opportunities. During working shift, Club Supervisor will report quickly any problem or question to the superior. The Club Supervisor will read the logbook at the beginning of shift, follow up and keep it updated during his/her shift.

• Ensure that all the guests who checked in during her/his shift are fully recorded the same day on the accurate immigration reports by herself or other Club Attendant.

• Standby at the Club Desk or assign Club Attendant (always someone at the desk at any time) and will leave this place only with prior authorization of the Club Manager and for a valid reason (lunch, dinner,..), or to escort our guests to their room at any time or move around to take care of service and cleanliness of the Club.

• Attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guest names available. Ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information.

• Ensure that Club Attendants a selling role to play, ensure that all the payment received are accurate with the rate given and she/he has to increase the Hotel revenue tying the upsell the guest who are checking in a tactful manner and in line with the upselling procedures.

• Each end shift, the Club Supervisor has to ensure that Club Attendants will fully clear her/his station and do a full and detailed handover with the following shift. She/he will check in details that of cashier report is correct and with all the backup attached

• Always treat guests and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

• One of the main duties is to socialize with guests by using every opportunity.

• To collect the maximum of information about the guest as part of the guest history procedures.

• To be present in the club to play this "Public Relations" Role. All guest comments will be reported to the Club Manager.

• In any circumstances, the Club Supervisor will be smiley, willing to help the guest, will ensure a warm greeting for any guest entering in the lounge and will keep permanently a positive attitude.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Accor Internet and Email policy.

• Ensure Hotel, Guest and Ambassador’ information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experience in a similar position in an upscale luxury 5 star hotel environment
  • Minimum requirement of a Degree / Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Sales / Hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written in English.
  • Team-player with enthusiasm to share knowledge with the colleagues.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent presentation skills and time management skills.
