Mô tả công việc

• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset

• Provides personal administrative support to the Engineer team. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.

• Review the previous day’s activities and identify any special assignments for the day.

• Post or communicate all important notices or procedures

• All issues identified in log book for follow up are completed by end of shift

• Important information reviewed with staff promptly

• Circulating document, taking and writing up minutes, following actions

• Deal with day to day standard and rountine enquiries by telephone, email and in person, in an efficient, friendly and confident manner.

• Perform other administrative works: stationery, tracking and filing documents, contract follow up....

• Be responsible for the engineering's warehouse and monthly inspection together with accounting department.

• Making weekly, monthly reports (energy consumption reports and other calculation reports).

• Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Engineer.

• Advanced reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of an Associate’s Degree and three to five years of secretarial experience (preferably in a Sales environment). Graduate Certificate preferred

• Fluent in English and the national language.
