Recreation Supervisor - Giám sát bộ phận Giải trí

1. Guiding and Supervising colleagues' tasks in the working shift.

2. Introducing entertainment and hotel services to guests.

3. Ensure good conditions of equipment including gym, kids club, outdoor kids club, pools and beach area.

4. Coordinating with other departments for special requests.

5. Handling guest complaints and escalade to manager if there is any arisen issues for proper solutions.

6. Coordinating, making plan, guiding indoor and outdoor activities, water sports, team building and tour to guests.

7. Assist Recreation Manager in recruitment, training, assign working shift and supervising colleagues during working time.

8. Managing sport teams, hotel's activities.

9. Establishing and supervising daily activities, handicraft activities, team building, water sports and tour.

10. Respond to emergency cases.

11. Other tasks assigned by manager.

- 45 giờ làm việc trong tuần, 02 ngày nghỉ ca hàng tuần.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.

• Excellent service oriented mind

• Guest Complaint handling skill

• Good command in English
