Provide excellent customer service to guests
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Fill the weekly rosters
Record all restaurant expenses
Generate all the e-invoices
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast pace environment
Ensure FOH and BOH teams follow proper food safety and health regulations.

Insurance policy (including social insurance and all benefit according Labor Law)
Meal support: 35,000 VND/DAY
Annual bonus based on time and salary
After signing the labor contract, the employee will get discount in any outlets of Marcel Group for a bill of a total bill under 1.000.000 VND

Perfect attitude, attentiveness and patience for customers.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Excellent presentation skills.
Having at least one year experience in the industry at an equivalent position.
Be able to work during weekend and most national holidays.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast pace environment.
