Bar Supervisor

Dusit Princess Moonrise Phu Quoc is currently operating 108 resort-style hotel rooms. Our vision is a Thai-inspired contemporary 4+ star resort, offering an upscale product combined with outstanding and individual services to our guests.

Basic Functions : Related to the total involvement in every aspect pertaining to the running of the bars, with special regard to the quality of food and beverage service for the guest satisfaction.

Primary Duties :

1. Maintains maximum productivity of beverage personnel through effective scheduling.

2. Motivates staff to perform their duties to the highest possible standard.

3. Co-ordinates, control, plans and perform at least one communication meeting to the Food and Beverage Office.

4. Communicates all particulars of training and communication meetings to the Food and Beverage Office.

5. Completes all requisition for general store item and operating equipment keeping expenses to the maximum without affecting the quality.

6. Maintains highest quality of service and hospitality possible through effective control and supervision of all employee tasks.

7. Communicates and discusses any ideas concerning the bars with the Food and Beverage Office.

8. Maintains the amount off staff as per the manning guide.

9. Controls all operating equipment such as linen, chinaware, glassware and cutlery.

10. Maintains discipline of beverage team, taking the appropriate action in accordance with local labour laws.

11. Ensures that a par stock of all beverage items is maintained and takes the necessary action or follow-up to achieve this.

12. Abides by all regulations laid down by the hotel, written and verbal.

Vocational diploma or degree in Hospitality.

1 or 2-year experience in a similar position.

Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.

English: Good communication skills.
