Property Coordinator (Nhân viên hỗ trợ vận hành Furama Villas)

Responsible for coordinating daily operations of Furama Villas (Rental Pool and Non-Rental Pool), serving as the main contact between villa owners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, maintenance, compliance, cost control, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to handle villa operations, maintenance, repairs, and owner requests.
• Process requests related to staff access, item movement, maintenance works, key management, villa access, and other services.
• Maintain and update owner databases, authorized representatives, and access records.
• Monitor maintenance projects, including quotations, cost collection, scheduling, and documentation.
• Track villa operational conditions, utility consumption, service contracts, and property defects.
• Communicate management regulations and follow up on corrective actions with villa owners.
• Supervise villa entry procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate Rental Pool bookings, guest services, room-night tracking, and data reconciliation.
• Monitor owner payments, support invoicing, and coordinate with Accounting for settlements.
• Prepare monthly revenue reports, verify bills, and reconcile service costs.
• Improve operational forms and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Assistant Property Manager.

• Experience in supervising operations teams or coordinating personnel across departments to ensure effective processes.

• Proficiency in office software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and project management tools.

• Understanding of AI applications in optimizing event operations, customer data analysis, and enhancing service experiences.

• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to compile data and utilize analytical tools for creating operational reports and proposing improvements based on real-time data.

• Capable of working independently and handling work pressure effectively.

• Knowledge of event and F&B operations, especially in conference center or hotel environments.
