Mô tả công việc

Chief Engineer is accountable for directing and managing in all aspects of hotel and building construction and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Wink Hotels’ policies and procedures.

This position reports directly to the Area Operations Manager and needs to be highly familiar with the systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the other team members while on duty.

Additionally, Chief Engineer maintains liaison with Technical Services to follow up on the engineering and technical services requirements for the Wink Hotels including the company and government initiated technical and occupational health and safety programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Over 05 years’ experience in hotel’s engineering operations, at least 03 years as Senior Engineer in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience
Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English
