Reservation Supervisor - Giám sát đặt phòng

Observe the Reservations Team and how it performs routine procedures in order to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Handle all group tours/ conventions from the initial blockage to the rooming lists.

Keep up to date on all hotel latest information, room rates, special offers and promotions.

Assist the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department and managing telephone, fax and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Follow up and trace booking for guarantee method or payment.

To generate daily reservation reports as required.

To ensure team members are developed effectively, maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.

Assist reservation Manager to check bookings before arrival date, any inaccuracies must be adjusted on the bookings and in the system.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position in travel industry.

• Fluent in English communication and good in MS Office.
