Mô tả công việc
1. To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets.
2. To assist guest and ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.1. Prepare all offer letters, reservations and lease contracts in order for sales team to concerntrate on locating customers.
3. To conduct telemarketing to fix appointments for the sales team to visit potential customers.
4. To prepare the daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
5. To maintain master files on all customers in house in proper manner to perform all filling functions for Sales & Marketing Depts.
6. To contact new potential short/long staying clients, either by telephone or in person to successfully obtain business.
7. Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 1-year related experience or 6 months experience in reservations/Sales admin in hospitality.
- English Level: Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken
- Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in the use of computer
