Mô tả công việc

Job description:

• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner

• Co-ordinate all familiarization as required

• Maintenance and management of all hotel training records, both hard copies and soft copies

• Assist with promotions and familiarization where requested

• Assist the Training team in designing, producing and implementing training programs which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective

• Assist with promotions and familiarization where requested

• Conduct training for line Associates

Requirements:

• Full time in 6 months

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good writing skills
