Night Audit Supervisor

- Check in/check out guests, answer phones from guests and take reservations

- Lead and manage the night audit team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

- Review, verify, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including guest charges, payments, and other revenue sources, to ensure accuracy.

- Prepare and submit daily financial reports such as balance sheets, revenue reports, and cash summaries.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction during the night shift.

- Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property.

- Review guest folios and ensure that billing is accurate, resolving discrepancies as needed.

- Assist with front desk tasks as necessary, including managing guest requests and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the night shift.

- Assist in the training and development of new night audit staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Min 1-year experience as a Night Audit Supervisor or relevant, preferably in the hospitality industry

Familiar with accounting and facilities management software

Good problem-solving skills

Strong customer service skills

The ability to multitask

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Availability to work overnight
