Store Accountant - Kế toán Kho (Sailing Club Beach Club)

• Reconcile stock balances between the accounting system and physical warehouse.

• Verify inventory documents including delivery notes, receipts, stock transfer forms, and stocktaking reports.

• Participate in regular inventory counts (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare inventory-related reports, such as stock on hand, movement summaries, and aging reports.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve inventory procedures and internal controls.

• Maintain organized records and documentation related to inventory transactions.

• Support the finance team in cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations and inventory valuation.

• Create new items in the Smile POS system with accurate details: item name, item code, category, unit of measurement, selling price, cost price, and recipe (if applicable).

• Update and modify item information when there are changes in pricing, recipes, ingredients, or operational needs.

• Set up Bill of Materials (recipes) for food and beverage items to ensure accurate cost calculation and inventory usage.

• Coordinate with kitchen, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure system data matches actual usage and stock movement.

• Check the accuracy of item data across POS, inventory, and sales reports to avoid discrepancies.

• Organize and classify items properly in the POS system for ease of reporting and stock management.

• Manage item visibility across different outlets or sales areas when necessary (active/inactive items).

• Ensure clean, consistent, and non-duplicated master data, while maintaining system integrity and confidentiality.

• Review PR details: check the accuracy and completeness of the requested goods/services information, quantities, unit prices, and proposed suppliers...

• Approve or reject PR within assigned authority on the Smile Purchasing system.

- High school, diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- A minimum 1 year experience in the similar role.
