Mô tả công việc

• Bringing people together is what hospitality’s all about. And we’re looking for a HR Director who contributes a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for the Hotel & Residences and will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner to ensure compliance for our colleagues.

• You will generally work with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives; you will utilizes a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success.

• Additionally you will also promote a positive, inspiring and motivating culture at IHG, bringing the best out of every colleague so they are empowered to deliver truly exceptional guest experiences.

Yêu cầu công việc

What We Need From You

• 5 years’ of related experience & knowledge of human resources management in the hospitality industry - especially in international hotels chain

• Ability to be effective both strategically and at a hands-on, operational level

• Strong team and leadership skills

• Clear and concise communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business

• Energy, enthusiasm, self- motivation, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence
