Restaurant Manager

• Manages daily restaurant operations, maintaining sanitation standard and assisting serves and hostess on the floor during peak meal periods.

• Enhancing and maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals

• Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.

• To assist Food & Beverage Manager to estimating, controlling and maintaining the Food and Beverage budget, maximizing revenues and lowering cost.

• Consistently review operations and staff to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Handle all related guest complaints, request and enquire on department service

• Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software, inventory software, outlet guest satisfactory tracking software.

• Collaborate with Sale and Marketing team to provide input and ideas for promotion and events

• Ensure all procedures are executed correctly.

• College degree in Hotel Management or related field.

• At least 2 year experience in restaurant leadership with evidenced tracked record of achievements

• Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills

• Proficiency in English and computer literate

• Possesses sound knowledge about beverages.

• Strong problem solving and conflict management skill.

• Strong planning and organisation skill to run a streamlined operation.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and fluent in English.

• Statement of honest and no criminal record.
