- Advanced experiences of all front desk tasks. Familiar with other operational tasks within hotel (housekeeping, front desk, fnb....)

- Arrange roster for front desk staff, coordinate with other department head

- Be familiar with property safety, first aid and emergency procedures

- Conduct shift briefing frequently to ensure hotel requirement are well known among team

- Ability to conduct on the job training, motivate team up to hotel standard & policy.

- Handle guests complaint.

- Interaction with guests and creating excellent experience for them.

- Execute relevant payment by cash/ credit card/ moto

- Familiar with OTA extranet, hotel PMS

- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk/ reception area and other public area, coordinate with Housekeeping team, kitchen, maintenance...

- Departmental paper work tasks

- Report directly to AM /GM

- Shift M: 07:00 - 15:00; Shift A: 15:00 - 23:00

- Good comment/review from guest: 100k/ time/person
