As Director of Sales you’ll develop and set revenue sales and marketing strategies for the resort to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored and sales goals are achieved. Regularly sell resort rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage through direct client contacts.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in marketing or related field.

2. Service years in the field: Two to four years of experience in a hospitality or resort sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.

3. Knowledge and skills:

Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
Good Communication and writing skills.
Strong negotiation skill
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Tasks and Project Management Skills

4. Language: Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
