Manage Event Master Calendar
Responsible for implementing new sales plans, understanding consumer
requirements, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's
revenue goals
Manage sales staff and perform managerial duties to meet the company's
operations goals
Responsible for restaurant reservations, events, parties & group bookings &
planning
Proactive and taking initiatives in planning, providing solutions and
recommendations for work issues
Developing customer database (CRM) & customer service program to drive
customer loyalty
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures,
and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable
Implementing new sales plans.
Maintaining relationships with important clients, understanding their needs,
and anticipating new sales opportunities.
Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and discuss opportunities for
future business deals
Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints through multiple
platforms such as Facebook/ Instagram, Google Business, TripAdvisor
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities,
conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal
and professional networks.

Yêu cầu công việc
A bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
1-2 years experience in the same position.
3-5 years experience in sales ( Hospitality F&B Industry)
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to work under pressure
