 Manage Event Master Calendar

 Responsible for implementing new sales plans, understanding consumer

requirements, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's

revenue goals

 Manage sales staff and perform managerial duties to meet the company's

operations goals

 Responsible for restaurant reservations, events, parties & group bookings &

planning

 Proactive and taking initiatives in planning, providing solutions and

recommendations for work issues

 Developing customer database (CRM) & customer service program to drive

customer loyalty

 Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures,

and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

 Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable

 Implementing new sales plans.

 Maintaining relationships with important clients, understanding their needs,

and anticipating new sales opportunities.

 Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and discuss opportunities for

future business deals

 Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints through multiple

platforms such as Facebook/ Instagram, Google Business, TripAdvisor

 Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities,

conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal

and professional networks.

 Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

 A bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.

 1-2 years experience in the same position.

 3-5 years experience in sales ( Hospitality F&B Industry)

 Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

 Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

 Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

 The ability to work under pressure
