URGENTLY [Melia Vinpearl Hotels] Cluster Marketing Manager

• Oversee and coordinates hotel photo shooting and video shooting

• Work together with hotel’s operations teams to guarantee the success of any marketing activity

• Understand the hotel’s business and needs and convey this information to the Central Management team

• Participates in the preparation of strategic hotel marketing planning

• Supervise the hotels social media marketing strategy as well as create and collect content that can feed the account community management

• Make sure hotels collaterals and stationary complies with the brand standards

• Coordinate media and KOL FAM trips at the hotels

• Support in establishing clearly USP of the hotels

• Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.

• Monitor and analyse competitor, market trends and sales data, and use this information when developing strategies

• Compile and prepare reports for management showing results (KPIs and ROI).

• Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

LANGUAGES: Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken, English - Good level, written & spoken

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Marketing plan and strategy, Public Relations Management,Social Media Management,Event and photo shooting planning

WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION):1-2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies.
