Mô tả công việc

Supervise the daily operations of Residence Villas and lead the Butler team in partnership with Housekeeping leadership, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons The Nam Hai standards, policies, and procedures.
Assist with inventory management, including cutlery, glassware, chinaware, linen, guest supplies, and other operational assets, ensuring accurate stock control and issuance.
Monitor Residential Guest satisfaction, promptly address feedback, and coach butlers to continuously enhance service quality.
Provide Butler services during peak periods or for VIP guests as assigned by Management.
Inspect and evaluate the performance of the Butler team, ensuring service standards are consistently met. Identify gaps and provide training, coaching, and corrective guidance when necessary.
Plan and oversee daily operations, including villa inspections, arrivals, stay-over servicing, turndown service, and in-villa dining/BBQ experiences. Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Deliver exceptional guest service by proactively addressing guest needs, handling special requests, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about resort services, facilities, and events through both in-person and telephone interactions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all Residence operational roles and responsibilities, ensuring established systems and procedures are consistently followed.
Maintain effective communication with the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Director of Housekeeping through regular meetings and operational updates.

College Education or equivalent
At least 1 year of Supervisor experience in hospitality
Fluent English language skills
