Arrange necessary meetings as required by the Board of Directors.
Participate in morning briefings and make minutes of the meeting and translate the minutes into bilinguals if required.
Participate in periodically or other extraordinary meetings if required.
Monitor the work in the meeting minutes to accelerate the completion of the deadline.
Keep confidential information and work in GM’s office.
Check daily actual operation of service departments, public areas on sanitation, the implementation of the resort's procedures and standards.
Check documents submitted by the department before submitting to GM for approval. Make sure the documents before submitting is in correct form and procedures.
Track all work related to GM’s office to assist in completing the work.
Other tasks as assigned by GM.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, foreign languages, …
At least 1 year of experience in equivalent position.
Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese.
Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), proficiency in MS Office.
Good appearance and attitude.
Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Effective organization and planning skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
