Mô tả công việc

Assist in planning for future staffing needs;
Training of the Spa team (treatments, customer service);
Assists in induction program for new staff;
Assists in maintaining comprehensive, current and guest orientated set of departmental standards and procedures;
Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations;
Ensures training needs analysis of staff is performed;
Provides input for probation and disciplining staff is performed when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in related field (Tourism, Wellness & Spa,...);
Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position;
Good English language skills, along with excellent communication and computer literate;
Knowledge of spa & wellness activities (yoga, meditation,...);
Responsible and able to work in team;
Good health and able to cope with pressure;
