Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation, to include outlets, lounges, banquets, pastry shop, TMs Dining Restaurant, all kitchen food preparation areas, dry and wet garbage rooms and the cleanliness of all related areas.

 Directly responsible for the sanitation of all culinary & front of house operational areas.

 Responsible for implementing kitchen cleaning schedules

 Maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation areas, to include all production equipment.

 Responsible for the proper cleaning & storage of all dishes & serving equipment.

 Responsible for all trash removal to be dispose in garbage rooms.

 Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of floor, wall, ceiling and exhaust hood for all food preparation areas.

 Responsible for the weekly cleaning & dish room applies order.

 Completing all standard, checklist correctly at all required times.

 Following operational standards that are reviewed periodically and then updated and improved.

 Being responsible for maintaining outlet safety at all times.

 Being responsible for all outlet property and facilities.

 Promoting positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

 Following all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to concerned departments.

 Reporting any kitchen maintenance issues to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

 Responsible for roster and update all required functions.

 Performing other duties as required by the supervisor.

High school, or equivalent education required.

Previous cleaning and or steward experience in a hotel / resort.
