Mô tả công việc

• Planning social media content/ campaign and execute the plan for all Tribe Hospitality brands.

• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.

• Creating all social media content including visuals (videos, pictures), working with the team and Sales team in terms of devising and executing competitions and wider campaigns on social media to increase reach, drive fan growth and traffic to customers & site.

• Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites

• Generate content in both English and Vietnamese

• Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.

• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.

• Run social media advertising (Exp: FB/ Instagram ads) following company budget

• Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.

• Maintaining the updated menu/opening hours/ informations on social media

• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

• Responsible for Social Media analytics and reporting in relation to given channel(s) – feeding all information back to team.

• Other tasks assigned by Sales & Marketing Team Leader

• Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.

• Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.

• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.

• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.

• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.

• Flexible and engaging writing style.

• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.

• Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.

• Experience using social content management tools and social listening platforms.

• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.

• Being able to communicate English both verbally and in writing

• Ability in using DSLR camera, photoshop, video editing software
