To improve the quality of room and linen and provide an optimal environment for customers, the House Keeping Manager maximizes revenue by enhancing the premium brand. To develop related new products and improve sales networks, the House Keeping Manager does the best to manage proper linen inventory in rooms and business sites and improve the quality of products.

Main Roles and Tasks

Laundry:

• Manager and repair laundry equipment

• Manage sanitary and environmental safety

• Control laundry quality

• Manage efficient power

Linen

• Manage inventory and purchasing.

• Maintain hotel linen quality

• Manage supply and demand of linen and maintain laundry quality.

• Manger partners.

• Manage laundry cost payment.

Uniform

• Control uniform purchase order.

• Manage uniform condition and provision.

• Manage partners.

• Control uniform quality.

• Manage uniform repair.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• 8 hours a day /6 days a week.

• Travel: Yes (Sapa and Hanoi by Topas Mountain Express)

• net salary per month

• Accommodation

• Meals at Ecolodge

Yêu cầu công việc

• Past experiences in high standard hotel in same position.

• Computer literacy is mandatory

• Show empathy and able to resolve problems.

• Good level of English language.
