1. Education/ Giáo dục:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Bằng cử nhân về Khoa học máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

2. Service years in the field/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành:

• 3 years in hotel industry or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 3 năm trong ngành khách sạn hoặc kết hợp tương đương giữa đào tạo và kinh nghiệm liên quan đến công việc.

3. Knowledge and skills/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Thể hiện khả năng tương tác với khách hàng, nhân viên và bên trung gian phản ánh cao về khách sạn, thương hiệu và Công ty.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Thành thạo Microsoft Office
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, tổ chức, đào tạo.

4. Language/ Ngoại ngữ:

• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh (Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết)
