Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various channels. This includes managing our website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and other digital marketing activities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyze data to drive actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
2. Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
3. Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various digital channels, including social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
4. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
5. Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
6. Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
7. Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and effective digital assets, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities to enhance our digital presence.
9. Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
11. Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to streamline campaigns, track leads, and measure marketing performance.
12. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, content creation, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation systems.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
4. Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
5. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their role in digital marketing campaigns.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the field of digital marketing, particularly in developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
3. Experience in managing websites, creating content, building links, optimizing SEO, and managing social media platforms.
4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing systems, and marketing automation tools.
5. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing methods and techniques, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
