Mô tả công việc

  • As a Chief Accountant, you’ll assist in all hotel accounting and financial control and ensure all functions are being performed accurately, on a timely basis and according to hotel standards.
  • Help create the department’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals.
  • Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs….
  • Assists in control of inventory, credit, and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances .
  • Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs.
  • Reviews investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
  • Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.
  • Reviews accounts payables and weekly check runs.
  • Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
  • Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
  • Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred.
  • 3 years in hotel accounting or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
