Mô tả công việc

Ensure to provide a friendly & exciting service to the customer.

Introduce & answer all questions of guests about menu(cocktail, spirit, wine), all promotions, event.

Support to the guest to taking order with friendly & professional manner.

Can handle working in a fast paced environment.

Assist with preparing reports, records, and other information.

Check food and beverage quality with guests to ensure guest satisfaction, carefully to listen and fix problems promtly.

Prepare working area, working tools or OS&E, keep a bar & all area always clean, neatly.

Support hostess to recievie booking by phone, or guiding guest to the table.

Make a payments directly to customers. Check cash payment directly in front of guest, collect a guest's VAT information, feed back, or next another booking.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

-Salary + Service Charge + Tips + Night Shift Allowance

-12 annual leaves per year.

-1 day off per week.

-Full Social Insurance follow basic salary.

-End year party, Company Trip

-Staff Meal Allowance, Uniform, Parking Fee.

Yêu cầu công việc

"High school diploma or Related Certification.
Atleast 1 years of experience in a similar role with night life environment as cocktail bar or lounge, restaurant.
Knowledge of cocktail, spirit, wine are plus points.
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak English proficiently.
Good attitude and willing to learn a new things.
Upsell beverage to increase the revenue.
Have a cheerful working spirit, sociability, respect for superiors.
Able to work late at night
