Administrative Duties

 Create, update, and submit daily roster for the cluster team.

 Maintain training calendar for the team and assist with cluster-level submissions.

 Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for trainings, workshops, in-market visits.

 Submit travel expense reports for the Country Director of Revenue Strategy & Directors of Revenue Management.

 Assist the Country Director of Revenue Strategy in planning and execution of team activities and engagement.

 Manage and maintain clean system access and audit compliance.

Revenue Management

 Assist and fill-in for Specialists out of office to ensure continuity of day-to-day responsibilities

 Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategy in the reservation and inventory systems.

 Escalate technical questions related to the reservations and property management systems to the correct support desk in a timely manner.

 Assist with report extraction and analysis at cluster level or as required.

 Monitor the compliance with and participation in Company promotions and eCommerce channels.

 Complete all assigned trainings by Country Director of Revenue Strategy and/or Human Resources.

Working with Others

 Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

 Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

 Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.

Computer Skills

 Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is required.

 Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.

 Follow company and department policies and procedures.

 Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.

 Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Others

 Comply with Brand and Marriott standards.

 Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.

 Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

 Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required in the office.
