Guest Service Agent- Korean

• Handle all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow through.
• Receive all internal and external calls in accordance of company standards.
• Able to give accurate directions and information regarding the immediate downtown and surrounding areas. Maintain and be familiar with a directory of information that contains but is not limited to hotel and local information.
•  Manage the guest relation department, the operator and the bell team
•  Smoothly Check in and Check out at the lobby
• Order and control stocks in the Back Office (welcome drink , cool towel )
• Be responsible for all the changes of set up and report immediately
• To attend to guest’s complaints promptly, efficiently and to report to the Guest Relations Manager for service recovery and follow up.
•  To familiar with the habits of regular and long staying guests and anticipate their requirements
•  Be updated all guest feedback channel : LOCAL MEASURE , Trip advisor …
• Upselling Tour and all resort services to guest
• Perform any other task assigned based on hotel needs or management requirements.
