Overall purpose of the job: Marketing Coordinator drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through digital and offline strategies. Responsible for content creation, social media (including but not limited to Google, Meta, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Naver, Tripadvisor), partnerships, and performance tracking, this role ensures marketing efforts contribute to revenue and business success.
1. Brand Awareness & Positioning
1.1 Coordinate with the creative team to set up a new social media account (including but not limited to Xiaohongshu, Naver, Dianping)
1.2 Work with SEO freelancers to optimize content and publish website blog posts that drive traffic.
1.3 Track website visits, social media reach, and brand mentions across platforms.
2. Sales and Revenue Contribution
2.1 Measure marketing-driven traffic, reservation rates, and revenue from promotions.
2.2 Track conversion rates from marketing campaigns
2.3 Ensure a positive ROI on marketing spend for paid campaigns.
3. Social Media & Content Performance
3.1 Growth in engagement rates (likes, shares, saves, comments) on Instagram, Facebook, and new TikTok.
3.2 Quality and consistency of content, including brand storytelling and campaign execution.
3.3 Oversee, manager and maintain all company social media accounts management
3.4 Coordinate social media messaging with Marketing Manager to respond to customers
3.5 Develop content plan and organize content for social media based on approved digital plan
3.6 Monitor online reviews and work with Brand Communications to respond
3.7 Work with others to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
4. Customer Engagement & CRM
4.1 Increase loyalty program sign-ups and active users.
4.2 Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve engagement strategies.
4.3 Improve repeat customer rates through targeted marketing initiatives.
5. Partnerships & External Relations
5.1 Build media and brand collaborations that drive exposure and traffic.
5.2 Build and maintain local trade area database
5.3 Build and maintain other databases as required such as CRM, feedback, partnerships, KOLs, press coverage, etc.
5.4 Work with influencers or media partners for strategic campaigns.
5.5 Secure at least 3 number of collaborations per quarter.
6. Administrative and reporting
6.1 Compile market intelligence, ranging from menu, promotions, newsletters and other developments, with a focus on direct and indirect competitors
6.2 Administer mystery guest program
6.3 Administer loyalty program module
6.4 Handle trade promotions registration
6.5 Track and generate reports on performance (ROI, redemption, etc.) and analytics
Any other administrative work assigned from time to time
7. Brand stewardship and store visuals
7.1 Assist Marketing Manager to monitor store look and feel
7.2 Work with Operations and external parties to execute and maintain store collaterals and POSM

Yêu cầu công việc

Education Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: business administration, marketing, or communications (Hospitality course is a plus
English IELTS / TOEIC score)
Experience Minimum 2 years of B2C marketing /advertising / social media / digital agency experience.
Circumstances: Able to work outside standard office hours
